Welcome to SRS

SRS specialises in providing the complete and comprehensive range of support and services to recruitment consultancies, whether at start up or as an established business. We are here not only to help you establish your business or to increase its profitability, but also to provide an S.O.S. service for those stressful issues which arise along the journey and take an inordinate amount of senior management time to resolve. With our expertise and specialist team we can manage all or some aspects of your recruitment consultancy business and let you focus on your key strengths – whether dealing with clients or whether you need to concentrate more of your time on fee generation. If a recruitment company has a challenge (positive or negative) we have probably encountered it in the past and will provide consultancy advice or deal with it “hands-on” on your behalf.

We operate in three main modes:

- Business Consultancy and MD Support

Your Management Consultant will attend and structure review, monitoring and planning meetings on a regular basis (usually 1-2 days per month) where we will assist you to formally checkpoint progress, plan action and help with new issues which may have arisen; while acting as a sounding board with decades of advice and experience to provide any guidance to you as required.

- Interim Management and Projects

We will work with you on a specific project over a few weeks, for example to help you evaluate, establish and implement a new market, team, company or initiative; or to provide hands-on daily support with regard to difficult issues to help you achieve the desired outcome. We also provide Interim MD absence cover as required.

- Delegated Deliverables

We will take the issue away and our specialist team will deal with it (with agreed deliverables) on your behalf; whether positive projects such as independently analysing markets, producing expansion plans and assessing consultants’ packages against competitors; or whether to deal with “issues” on a delegated basis where we simply remove and resolve the troublesome problem.
